Energy Equity Company (EEC) is a growing independent oil and gas company
currently operating in several areas throughout the United States, Australia
and Mexico.
EEC is bonded and insured with the United States Government, Bureau of Land
Management and maintains statewide bonds in Louisiana, North Dakota, Montana,
Wyoming.
Energy Equity Company is diversified in many aspects of the energy industry.
We operate oil and gas fields in North Dakota, Louisiana, Wyoming, Texas and
Montana. EEC operates and when needed installs gas gathering facilities and
pipelines. EEC has commercial operations that collect and dispose of oilfield
waste. EEC supplies drilling and workover fluids to the oil and gas industry
along with staff and training installing municipal water supply systems. EEC
supplies oil well field equipment to the industry also.
EEC is active in the Coal Methane Gas Plays in the Rocky Mountain area of the
United States. EEC is also a participant in Louisiana plays. Other areas we
currently have an interest in that has proven successful pools are the
Williston Basin and Minnelusa Fields in North Dakota and Wyoming. We also own
minerals and non-operated interests in Arkansas, California, Colorado,
Florida, Kansas, Michigan, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah.
The business, property and affairs of the company are managed by the
President, Jerry Nelson. Jerrys 20+ years as investor/operator and
background in engineering and administration provide the basis for his
continued success and service to the projects he has engaged. EEC has at its
disposal petroleum engineers, field managers, and office staff capable of
accomplishing projects with efficiency and integrity.

Roger Autrey
Roger Autrey, 48, lives in Austin, Texas. Mr. Autrey has over 20 years
experience in sales and has leased and sold oil and gas interests covering
over 350,000,000 gross acres in Australia.
Mr. Autrey has
promoted and raised funds totaling approximately $A147,000,000 for oil and
gas exploration, located onshore in the Cooper/Eromanga Basin, offshore in
the Carnarvon Basin and offshore in the Gippsland Basin. All the projects are
in active and in current status with their respected government work program commitments.
Roger Autrey has
also successfully helped clear native title issues with tribal groups on
approximately 6,700,000 gross acres located in the Cooper/Ergomanga Basin.
Mr. Autrey also works as a paid consultant for 2 public oil companies and one
private oil company.
